"We stayed for 7 days with family. The pool was amazing especially for 3 boisterous young boys. The house itself was jaded but perfect in that we didn’t need to be too precious. The kitchen was small but adequate well stocked with crockery but no chopping board. Mr Lopez would come daily and remove the rubbish and was available if we were to need him. The owner was quick to respond to any queries. The biggest negative was the walk up and down to supermarket and restaurants. Very steep on...

"We had a great week in Menton in this central villa. Everything you need is so close by. The pool, BBQ and terrace were perfect. The house has lots of rooms and is well stocked with towels and kitchen equipment. It is quite cluttered with furniture and ornaments but everything is clean. We had an issue with the broken dishwasher door and the water temperature during our stay. The good weather and location made this a great week."

"Raymond took care of us from start to finish, from greeting us to sharing his fresh picked oranges and lemons. The house is perfectly situated on the edge of the city with a bus stop right across the street that brings you right downtown. The three good sized bedrooms were more than enough for our family of five and even my mom at the end of the trip. Would highly recommend to anyone with a family and hope to visit again🙂"

"We had a wonderful stay at this home in Menton. It has a wonderful view and is terrific to enjoy sunsets and sunrises over the City Center and the Mediterranean. It is a fair distance up the hill from the City Center itself, so you definitely would want a car, but the roads are good and the property is very easy to get to. We were there during a heat wave, so while the one master bedroom is pleasantly air conditioned, the other bedrooms get fairly hot. That would be my only suggestion for the...

"The first thing we all said on arriving was that the photos we had seen didn't do this lovely house justice! The villa is a beautiful, well-equipped home, with an absolutely stunning view of Menton and the bay, and the town and beach a 15-20 minute walk down the hill. The main shopping street and old town are just a little further. We managed without a car: there are 6 buses a day in each direction, and an Uber if you need it (costs about 12 Euros from the station). In the 32 - 36 degree heat,...

"Serge and his family were wonderful- welcoming and informative. The photos (of both the view and the villa), while beautiful, do not do the place justice. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. Menton is a lovely town, and a stay at this villa grants you (hilly) walking access to all Menton has to offer. "We had a lovely stay. The apartment was very clean and nicely furnished. The deck area was super too and had amazing views across the Menton harbour. Mia was welcoming and very helpful. We loved the bottle of Lemoncello that was offered on arrival. The apartment is on a steep hillside which requires a fair amount of step climbing to reach the town and the waterfront. Though probably not ideal for people with mobility concerns, the hillside location does offer amazing views in return. Thank you...
