"This apartment was perfect for our stay in Milan. It is literally a few blocks away from the Duomo and in the center of all the action. The apartment was clean and had everything that we needed. Getting checked in was also seamless and the people working there were so accommodating and responsive. I would definitely recommend staying with Heart Milan!"

"This hotel is conveniently located right next to a train station. It’s great to have an elevator, and I appreciated the separate bedroom and living room, which made the space feel very spacious overall. A pleasant surprise awaited me upon arrival with some candies. The bed was a real queen-sized one, not two doubles, which was incredibly comfortable. However, the Wi-Fi was a bit unreliable—it showed as connected but didn’t work on any of my devices. "The place was really nice and clean. However, there were a few steps up to the elevator instead of having a ramp for people with wheelchair like me. I did check before I booked, and they said they have an elevator but when I got there, the four steps made it really difficult for my stay, other than that, I really like the apartment "
