Only negative was that you could hear everything that was going on outside and people in the flats next to you, above you and beneath you but utterly was relatively quiet and not really a trouble."

"The apartment is very appealing, clean and well equipped. We were four adults and so it was nice to have two separate sleeping rooms and no-one having to sleep in the living room. Location is perfect with easy access to the slopes as well as plenty of bars and restaurants, plus a supermarket all close by. The car parking space was just an added bonus! Will definitely use again if staying in Meribel."

"This was our second family ski holiday staying at Madame Vacances Hotel Le Mottaret and we have been very impressed on both occasions. The very helpful and friendly staff are excellent. The location of the hotel is right next to the slope, a 30 second stroll from the hotel entrance. There is a ski equipment hire shop on the premises which is very convenient. The lounge/bar area is very comfortable and cosy after a day on the slopes, as well as the very soothing jacuzzi located outside at the front of the hotel. The swimming pool/spa area is also very relaxing. We stayed on half-board. The buffet breakfast is fantastic and each evening there was a different theme for the buffet dinner. We really enjoyed every meal! Our room was clean and comfortable and the shower was amazing! We would thoroughly recommend a stay here and we hope to be back again soon too!"

Great location

"This is a great apartment in a fantastic position with skiing to and from the door. It was lovely and clean on arrival and larger inside than we expected and was very comfortable. We always had plenty of hot water and the shower was nice and powerful. The kitchenette is compact but well equipped. There were two adults and 2 children in our party and the accommodation was ideal. Contact with the owner was excellent and she was really helpful answering questions and queries and arranging for someone to meet us when we arrived mid week. I would recommend this property for its brilliant location and good value for money."

Excellent service but no WiFi

"All the hotel staff are very nice and they provide good services and good advise on the local guide. Good location, ski in and ski out. The room rate is over price and the room is very basic decoration, no sofa, no bedside table, no sofa tea table and also no WiFi. The food in the restaurant is amazing. When I booked the hotel, they mentioned free WiFi provide. "
