Location is great. The general area is noisy at night, however. There is a club nearby that plays very loud music late at night. Staff were helpful when we needed anything. Some of the towels need to be replaced.

The exterior window design gives the feel of a tropical environment. Hotel is situated in an Ecco like mall with lush vegetation and waterfalls. Unique sculptures and artifacts flank the exterior.

Alarm went off at 2am, apparently for no reason. Good service, clean, basic breakfast included, free airport shuttle. Our room had malfunctioning toilet and very low water pressure. Good location but I would say they should pay attention to the maintenance since it's a Marriott

The staff was very friendly. The pool on the roof is small, but it is very fun to be able to swim with a view. The room was extremely basic, with no artistic flair. I would have preferred to stay somewhere that felt like I was actually in Mexico, this place is very bland in appearance. That is why I gave it a 3, because other than that I would definitely recommend it!
