The location is great! However, we had issues with the water 3 out of 6 days. They fixed but it was a bit inconvenient. The restaurant downstairs has decent coffee, food was ok, but nothing special. Ok for a quick meal, but not something memorable. The rooms are average, bed was average, lighting was not good. Parking was great!

Really liked this property, but I wished they updated their and had more options for king sized beds. Great reception service and amazing staff. Liked the room and the atmosphere. In a prime spot that’s in a quiet area. My only thing is they need to update their tvs. The remote barely worked and I could barely watch any channels on it.

It’s an old hotel but they keep it nice and clean , convenient location, most of the workers were very nice but the lady in the front desk was not, she was rude when I asked nicely why she was giving me a double bed when I booked a king size and she said very rudely it’s what I have take it or leave it !

I stayed 15 days and enjoyed myself immensely. Very clean and well maintained. Quiet, other than the traffic on Paseo de Montejo, but you can open the windows to get fresh air. Much calmer than the Centro which is still an easy walk away and the Paseo is the place to stroll! Lots of nearby attractions. Used the rooftop loungers to get some sun in privacy, and a quick dip. A special thanks to Alba and Melanie for letting me practice my Spanish. Hasta la proxima!
