The place was clean, though as mentioned in other reviews, the carpet is pretty stained. We had our flip-flops for the plunges, so just wore them inside. Having a washer & dryer available was very helpful. The yard area was useful for drying our swimsuits, but could use some weeding. "We felt we were a bit mislead by the description of the property. We knew we were getting a trailer, but it was parked in someone's driveway.
