Excellent hotel and great honest service

I have stayed in several Divan hotels in Turkey, but this Divan hotel in Mesin in Excellent in providing services. The receptionist are great and they upgraded my room to sea views which was amazing. However, something else made me to feel good about this place was I forgot my wallet with large amount of money but they phoned me and returned my wallet, for this I thank the hotel management and particularly Ms. Marwah, the guest relations who spent time to arrange the return of my wallet.

Wonderful experience

Mersin close to the sea hotel.

Nice hotel close to the coast in Mersin, Turkey. Modern and well kept. The staff was very nice. Easy walk to the boardwalk and many high end restaurants. Didn’t have an outdoor pool.

Amazing stay. Truely five star. I was upgraded to a seaview room with no extra charge. Everybody from bellboy/security, front desk, restaurant staff was friendly and caring. The location cant be any better. In the heart of the centre of most nicest pocket of mersin. You can go for a walk at the board walk by mediterranean sea which feels like miami without drugs and loud music. Wont feel like stop walking. The restaurant was amazing on the 14th floor rooftop with a to die for view. Breakfast had lots of choice. The restaurant manager came in, introduced himself and offered a complimentary omlette that was not in buffet. Made me feel very comfortable despite not knowing any turkish language. And by the way, they are the only facility i found in my 1 week stay in mersin where everyone spoke moderate to good english. Everywhere else, i had to use google translator. So good job divan management for training your staff and making the foreign guests feel comfortable.
