"We were very comfortable at Palazzo Bellocchi. Everything about the room and location was perfect. The breakfast that was included was hearty, as well. My one note is that I only realized that we needed to go to Hotel Orientale to pick up the keys because I read it in a review. That information may have been in a communication, but I hadn't noticed it. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Overall the property is good and in nice location. If you just want to have a bed and shower, do your washing this will do nicely. It’s 10 min walk from train station and port. You have three supermarkets, bakery and farmers market within 5-10 min walk. Main Street with local restaurants is also 5 mins away. "Overnight stay close to Brindisi-Taranto highway. Set in farmland, but close enough to the highway to hear the noise of traffic but not oppressively so.. The property itself was furnished to a good standard and finishes were impressive. My room looked out over the pool which was beautiful. There was a lack of power points in the room, but the wifi worked. Huge property but quite empty due to the time of year. Probably comes to life in season. "

"We actually extended our stay as we loved this beautiful hotel. The village is small and a car is required but lots to see and do in the surrounding area. We loved the spa - incredibly relaxing and very cost effective. The hotel room is large with lots of storage and has fridge. Gorgeous bathroom. But the highlight was our breakfasts with Giovanni. Many quality choices and of course the cappuccino! Terrific service by all staff. Lovely stay!"

"We booked this hotel as we wanted a hotel that was central to the heel of the boot of Italy so we could travel to the various towns like Lecce, Otranto, Ostuni, Gallipoli etc which were all within about an hour of the hotel. We arrived at Cellino san Marco just after midday and found there was nothing open in the town, no movement at all and thought we had come to a film set of the remake of "On The Beach", a film about a neuclear disaster. "It started with a very pleasant check-in and car parking. The lady at reception was exceptionally helpful. The hotel is centrally located so access to the main attractions was close by. The breakfast was great. Hotel also provides coffee making facilities in the room. But do get buy milk."

"A very clean, tidy and comfortable 3 star hotel that I surmise is family owned and possibly operated. I stayed out of season in April and it was very quiet.
