The hotel was brand new and the best looking one in the JBR compared to other hotels. I loved my stay there. The staff were amazing.

Front desk and concierge staff were great. So we’re good staff. Hotel just wasn’t clean and slow at everything. Hallways smelled. Little things not done like trash picked up by tables at the pool or service lingered for 40 minutes for a drink. It’s nice but not a 5 star hotel.
