"We arrived early, but our room was ready. We were able to head right out to the beach (5 min walk). The room was clean & comfortable. We sat out on the balcony at night after a wonderful meal nearby. The staff was helpful & friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Ksamil!"

"The building is new, but the finishing of the construction was not quite well. Two things made us unpleasant while we were there. First was the bed, material of the bed was kind of latex, so the person like me more than 80kg had a back problem. Second thing was the smoking problem. It could be their cultural thing, but some boys constantly smoke in front of the reception, and all the smokes came into the hotel, even in the hallway of the 1st floor, where we were staying. "

"Lovley hotel, very modern and great spot in Ksamil. Staff are friendly and helpful, they work very hard. The room was so lovely, we really really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was a little bit basic but definitely did the job. Evening/lunch food is incredible, best we had in Kasmil. The only reason I gave a four for the amenities was just because of the pool, it's not really utilised - no sunbeds etc and is very much part of the dining area which is shame, but you can see that from the pictures before you come. It is a great location and couldn't have asked better for how close it is to the beach clubs. Plus you get a great view of the sunset!"
