"Hotel is fine. Room a decent size, beds comfortable. Location is on the edge of a retail park with a view of the motorway. Walking distance to large supermarket, restaurants etc. Hotel modern, basic, no kettle etc in room."

"The restaurant was closed, it being a Sunday, which we were not warned about. Power cut on Monday morning, which your chap fixed quickly. Worse thing, there is a concrete bar across the exit, which is too high, and it damaged the underside of my car."
