Everything was great aside from car rental issue but I got my refund quickly and customer service was fast thank you

Great location and restaurant options all around. Rooms are pretty standard for Vegas, fridge in room which was nice. Multiple people in out group of 12 had random charges and we were all charge different amount which we had to wast time dealing with at the front desk. Just watch charges

This is a nice property and would stay again. Vegas overall has become too pricey...2 double espressos and 2 small vanilla bean scones came out to $28USD for what one would pay about $7. I expect to pay more but this is become extreme. Deny's is across the street for a cheap breakfast and you must try Taco's el Gordo just beside it!

The decor was great

I’ve stayed at Caesar’s palace before and I must say I was a little disappointed this time around. I booked a king room on the Octavious tower but at check in they told me that they have “upgraded” my stay to a room at the palace tower instead… bigger and with a room. The palace tower is far from the entrance, is probably a 15 minutes walk inside the casino to get to that tower. The room had 2 full beds, not very comfortable, the view was to the parking lot and the room was old and worn out. At check out the tried to charge me $533 for minibar that I never took… they notice and fixed it, but I had to do a 20 minute line just to get it resolved.. not my best time there and I don’t think I’ll be staying here again.
