Once we received our entry code, understood parking, and realized we had to push REALLY hard to open the room door after entering code (I felt like I was breaking in), it is truly a lovely space. Be prepared to walk up additional stairs if on 3rd level, as the lift only serves to 2nd floor. "Very nice property, well equipped inside and out for large groups. We had 3 families with kids ages 4-13 and it catered to everyone. The outside kitchen area is particularly lovely even if it rains. Shame the pool wasn’t heated until we asked for it but Helene was super responsive and we really enjoyed our stay."

"Overall a nice stay, room is clean and comfortable and the staff are lovely, really polite and helpful. It's only lost a star for me because the gym isn't really a gym, it's a treadmill and cross trainer in reception but the treadmill wasn't even working during my stay. Also it would have been helpful for the hotel to provide instructions on where the parking is as I struggled to locate it, and this made arrival to the hotel a little stressful."
