"The front desk associate was probably knowledgeable about the hotel, casino and restaurants, however, we weren't explained anything. This isnt a problem because we like adventure. Some may find it cold/unwelcoming. The information regarding the casino entry and rewards were also not given out properly. Please do your own research on rewards on their specified app. We were unable to use $30 each that was given to us because of the machines or some mishap that wouldn't have happened if...

Also unlike Las Vegas you cannot have your kids walk thru the casino to be able to take advantage of the on-site dining options. Nothing close to go eat in the area. If you book on Expedia ALL of the extra charges are NOT what you paid on Expedia. Be aware is all. "
