"Galeria Plaza Reforma exceeded our expectations for our first-time visit to CDMX. As a LGBT couple, we booked this hotel for its location in Zona Rosa. Walkable to many great restaurants, bars and close proximity to Paseo de la Reforma. Staff is accommodating to special requests. VIP status helped gain access to happy hour in the VIP Brisas Lounge. On our day of departure, we requested a taxi service at 530AM - which was scheduled and driver was at the hotel on time. Breakfast buffet at Plaza Restaurant was tasty and the Almar MexMediterrean Restaurant was also very tasty. Will definitely book again. "
