Nos apareció una chinche en la cama desde el primer día que llegamos. La regadera estaba en muy malas condiciones (las llaves del agua no funcionaban, estaban complemente rotas) El sofá cama que te ofrecen está en pésimas condiciones (no es considerado una cama más) El estacionamiento que tiene está “vacío” pero te niegan el acceso a él. En si el departamento está bonito pero por estas cosas nos llevamos un mal gusto!

La atención es bastante ineficiente. hubieron 2 incidentes que fueron muy desafortunados. En el primero mi esposo se encontraba trabajado en el departamento a oscuras por lo cual podía parecer que no se encotraba nadie, y se percato que alguien estaba introduciendo la clave para entrar, se levantó y encontró a una de las chicas del personal entrando, en cuanto lo vio ella solo dijo ihuy crei que no había nadie! Y se retiro, al principio creímos que tal vez era por limpieza o algo asi pero cuando pedimos una explicación en recepción no tenían una y ellas mismas confirmaron que no había razón por la cual entrar. Y ya que llevábamos varios dispositivos de trabajo si nos preocupo esa situación. En la segunda, nosotros rentamos un carro un par de días y al preguntar por el estacionamiento nos dijeron que por un precio de $100 lo podríamos dejar en el estacionamiento privado del lugar, ya que como en el momento no sabíamos cuantos días lo necesitaríamos solo pagamos 1 noche, hice la transferencia y cuando llegamos nadie nos abrió escribi al chat en el que me había comunicado anteriormente para confirmar mi reservacion y nunca contestaron, supusimos que tal vez era por la hora y lo dejamos pasar, un par de días después tuvimos la necesidad de estacionar el carro nuevamente y volvi a solicitar información a lo cual nunca contestaron, llame por difentes medios, inclusive por la app y nunca respondieron, esperaria que por educacion se comunicaran despues pero nunca lo hiciero.

Al llegar me pidieron un pago adicional para poder usar el estacionamiento; sinembargo no pude acceder al estacionamiento por que pega el auto en la rampa al entrar; pedi la devolucion y es casi un mes y nada, se pasan la bolita entre recepcion, administracion y quien sabe quien mas; y nomas nada

Nunca respondieron ni mensajes, ni llamadas, ni correos previos al check in para resolver algunas dudas y coordinar la llegada. Fue posterior al check in que hubo más atención, se reportaron algunos detalles como parrilla descompuesta, botellas dispensadoras rotas y sin funcionar y la chapa de la recámara; si es un departamento debería tener una cocina con más utensilios en caso de querer preparar una merienda o desayuno, no es óptimo para larga estancia. Aún seguimos en CDMX regresando a Quintana Roo hasta el 13 de mayo 2024 pero no quisimos correr el riesgo de volver a reservar propiedades administradas por VH por coquetas que lucen en las fotografías.

Todo fue maravilloso, los departamentos se notan muy bien cuidados, se perciben nuevos. Solo un punto de mejora, el lavamanos del baño apenas puse una mano encima como es normal y se desprendió de la pared, estaba mal montado, no había soportes para estar colocado, solo estaba agarrado del yeso del muro y silicón al rededor, alcancé a sostenerlo, pero la base de madera estética que tiene para cubrir la soportaría me cayó en un pie y me lastimó un dedo donde tengo ya morada la uña, por fortuna nada grave, ojo con eso.... Pero sin duda regresaría de nuevo. Gracias

Muy muy sucio el lugar, las sabanas y cobijas de la cama estaban mugrosas y tenían cabellos de mujer por dentro de la cama, el barrio es y la calle donde está la propiedad todavía más.

No recomiendo en lo absoluto! Cuando me hicieron el cobro (más el seguro por daños) me avisaron que no tenían disponibilidad de habitaciones en ese lugar y me cambiarían a otro lugar “cerca”, el otro lugar era más chico, más descuidado, solo nos dieron 1 cobertor para 5 personas, el baño estaba demasiado descuidado, sin pasador para cerrarlo, se batallaba con el agua caliente, algo totalmente diferente por lo que yo pague, no volvería jamás a alojarme con ellos
