Very clean, more so than other more expensive hotels. Both front desk& cleaning staff were very friendly. I felt very safe, with no criminal activity inside or outside. Highly recommend.

This is has been the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at And the service mid day was the worst ever it’s smelled in both rooms i was switched to no running water we couldn’t shower or even use the restroom or brush our teeth complete don’t recommend !!!!

The hotel didn't have water. The staff was supposed to inform me about it but they didn't. About the water they said there was nothing they could do. That it was MY PROBLEM and the company I booked in with. Person in charge was rude along with the staff. Also Expedia didn't want to help me with the problem.

El check in estaba marcado a las 2 pm, llegamos a las 3 pm y nos dieron la habitación hasta las 4 pm, el pretexto fue que no podían realizar check in hasta el cambio de turno a las 3, cosa que fue mentira porque todavía el personal llegó tarde y les tenía que cuadrar el corte de caja; todo en frente de huéspedes esperando. En la habitación había basura que no fue retirada, la puerta se abría sola y no tenía seguro. La televisión muy vieja que se veía pura estática y para tener control remoto tienes que pagar y al entregarlo de regreso te lo devuelven.

Asqueroso lugar LLENO de chinches en las habitaciones. Llegamos al hotel a las 12 am y salimos a las 2:30 am del mismo día. Encontramos chinches en las camas, las camas estaban rotas y sucias y no se ven PARA NADA como las fotos! Escribí a Expedia para pedir mi reembolso y me lo negaron. Pedí un reembolso del hotel y también me lo negaron. Que asco como tratan a las personas y siento que es una estafa.

Mala experiencia, cuartos deteriorados, no hay agua grande parte del día, las toallas son pequeñas y dan solo dos para una pareja, la TV es antigua y no funciona bien, la cobija y sábanas huelen a viejo, en la ventana hay palomas que hace ruido cuando se paran en los marcos y no puedes tener la ventana abierta porque a un lado hay un edificio de departamentos y pueden verte todo lo que hace uno, la recamarera toc bruscamente enla mañana y ni siquiera se espera a que le respondas y abre la puerta.
