The hotel is impecable, staff is very friendly and courteous, the menu at the Restaurant is truly amazing, with real Mexican taste dishes. It is geographically very well located. Definitely, it will be our hotel of choice for future trips there!

Loved the people all very nice and polite and attentive. Walking distance to Myndoe great mall and restaurants the other ones and Walmart you need a Uber they charge little. The only thing I would suggest is maybe a coffee maker in the room or the lobby offers coffee but not all night so if you want a cup late or very early morning your out of luck. The restaurant there is good staff great maybe a few more items could be added on menu not Mexican food. I am a very picky eater after a few days want different food. Also maybe a ic machine added they did leave us a bottle of water but I like cold water drink all night a day would have been nice to have ice for cold water. So a few updates small other wise great stay.

This is the best place to stay, if you’re in ciudad satélite. Everything, from the check in, the restaurant, the terraza, the amenities, the rooms is the impeccable. Also, the staff is very nice and polite. Helpful people that make your stay more pleasant and comfortable. The rooms are huge, clean and sound proof, even though the hotel is on one of the busiest streets, the periférico, one can barely hear the traffic. I was impressed about that. I’ll stay there every time I visit Mexico.

First, I'd like to thank Fer & Daniel, they made my stay very enjoyable. Also, the personnel from the restaurant was amazing. A/C worked to the T. Bed was comfy. I requested a softer pillow, extra hangers and an iron. Managers provided the requested ítems in no time. They were very helpful and accomodating. Now a few negatives. Since my arrival, I let the front desk now that there was a leakage in the shower. Water pressure in the shower was very good, however, the leakage pointed towards the door of the shower wetting the outside. The sheets and towels can use a little fabric softener. I stayed for nearly 20 days and after a while, the smell of chlorine on the sheets and towels began to annoy me. The room I got had two very unconfortable chairs. Hard to work from the room. The worst, was when I asked front desk for a bottle of water. The lady in charge, handed me the bottle of water and charged me $30 pesos. I told her that she could ask the cleaning lady not to leave a bottle of complimentary water that day. She said that I had to pay for the water either way. I'll stay at this hotel next time. The pros definetely outweight the cons.
