Muy mal servicio, pedimos con desayuno y no lo tenían registrado, el baño es compartido para muchas habitaciones y siempre esta ocupado. Al tratar de cancelar las ultimas noches se negaron y no hay encargado para hablar. pésimo no lo recomiendo. Muy mala actitud.

An ant-infested furnace
I should've read the reviews rather than trusting that ANY hotel in the Polanco area would be of a certain standard. I stayed in one of the private rooms (no shared bathroom) on level 4, which the sun hits directly all day; it is a furnace in there with no air conditioning and a malfunctioning fan (takes 10 minutes to start!) that offers no relief from the disgusting heat. My iphone even displayed an overheating alert! The bathroom smelled of humidity, and ants came out of the shower drain. The shower itself flooded every morning. The ants were everywhere in the room, including the bed. The linen was stained, and there were long hairs everywhere. Yes, it was cheap, but this is unacceptable!

Muy cómoda, solo el blackout de la ventana podría ser mejor porque se mete toda la luz en la mañana pero fuera de eso es una buena opción a un gran precio para la zona

Very hot and uncomfortable in the room. Unsafe steps by the reception and entrance without a sign of caution. Often clean towels were not available. One small towel provided.

Nothing to like. In 4 days, I saw a receptionist once. The first day I could not get into the building because there was no receptionist and no one would answer answer a knock or a door bell. Many others had the same problem over the 4 days I was there. The receptionist even lied to say she was there, when there were witnessess to suggest otherwise. Disgraceful really!

La ubicacion es excelente, a cuadra y media de Centro comercial Antara, call tranquila pero varias opciones de restaurantes alrededor. Ahora bien las cosas que tienen que mejorar son varias: -No hay Aire acondicionado y al menos un buen ventilador si deberian de tener todas las habitaciones ( En temporada de calor es insoportable estar en la habitacion) -El check in deberia ser al menos a las 3:00 p.m. y no a las 4.00 p.m. -No hay un recepcionista como tal, los empleados que asisten son quienes te dan check in y check out -No habia toallas limpias al momento que me entregaron la habitacion.

Ubicación excelente, precios no tan elevados. Observación en tener mayor limpieza de blancos en ropa de cama y toallas. También no estaría mal que pusieran aire acondicionado.
