This hotel always have an issue in terms of maintenance, sometimes is the air conditioning non working, the bathroom smells bad, etc. also the staff is not very helpful.

Ok to stay for one night but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for long stays. Air conditioning is weak / doesn’t work, we set it to 22 Celsius and it stayed at 24.5 the whole night. Toilet was also finicky and fridge did not cool much either.

Krystal Grand Suites provided an awesome suite with an amazing view of the city. The green area around the hotel made for great walking. Plenty of shopping & transportation in the area made it the perfect stay.
