Good location. Quite safe. In the corner of an intersection and right in front of a night club. During the weekend can get very loud. We slept with our fan on as white noise to help with the noisy environment. I think for the price there may be better options. But overall pretty ok. Flexible check in and great communication with staff.

The property was amazing check in process was super easy the people there are amazing Priscilla was great the only thing if we had to complain about something which wasn't that big a deal for us was there is a club Behind the building they can get pretty loud for some folks I guess but we use the air conditioner in the apartment that was provided and kind of drowned out all the noise coming from outside but other than that this place is fantastic perfect location and you come to the city to walk around and see things so this is right in the center of everything you want to see and do restaurants are nearby bars and nightlife is nearby sightseeing attractions are walkable everything about this place was awesome especially the people will absolutely stay there again and recommend very highly

I recently stayed at Medellin 148 in CDMX, and unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations based on the pictures. While the space had potential, it really needs some attention and fixing up. The condition of the place wasn’t quite as described, and certain areas could use a little more care. Additionally, the location is in a very loud area, with nonstop noise throughout the night, making it hard to get a good rest. Overall, place is in a busy area so if your looking for quiet this might not be it but for the price makes it fair.

The security guards were extremely friendly every time we saw them when leaving and returning from the property. The entrance and elevator always smelled great. Our apartment was great and we enjoyed it very much. The beds were extremely comfortable. The location was great filled with great places to eat and walkable.

We enjoyed our stay here and the staff were very kind. The location is good as far as proximity to areas to visit. The condo is very nice inside and has everything you will need. Some things to be aware of: The area is incredibly noisy from traffic as well as a night club across the street that goes all night on the weekend. Plus, take note the property does allow pets which we were aware of but when an owner leaves all day and the dogs back continually it can be very irritating.

I was on the 1st floor so I can't say how it was for the apartments above me but my place was noisy. There was a parking lot below me & sporadic noises from the plumbing, sometimes I thought someone was knocking on my door. There's also a bar/club across the street that gets loud & that's no fault of the complex. I thought there was a security safe in my room per the wording I saw when I booked the place but I guess they were saying the place was safe. My sliding glass door to my patio did not lock & it worried me sometimes, I did alert the hostess that greeted us when we arrived but there wasn't much that could be done. There is 24 hr security/door man @ the entrance but from my patio if someone wanted to jump from the building next door it could be done. Nothing ever happened though & I had to be creative of where I hid extra $ that I brought with me. They should put a pipe on the rail for the sliding door if the lock doesn't work, I've done this with my own sliding glass door at home as an extra precaution. In all because I live on a busy street in Los Angeles the noise wasn't a deal breaker for me. I really liked having the kitchen & some basic's stocked for me, sugar, salt, etc.. The fridge came in handy since I was there for 10 days & I'm on medication so I have to eat something with my meds & I was able to run down the street to a market that was probably less than a 10 min walk & stock my fridge. The washer/dryer came in handy as did the iron. I would stay here again.

La propiedad, está bien. Sin embargo hay un bar en frente de la propiedad en el que la fiesta no para hasta las 5 am. Y no hay aislantes de sonido y esto puede molestar a las personas que no tienes sueño profundo. Pero está bien equipada y me parece un precio justo por lo que ofrecen.

Estoy muy contento del hotel Mr W. Todos muy atentos, muy bien ubicado y muy limpio. Está cerca del Metrobus, del Metro y no tan lejos del centro caminando. Hay muchas opciones de muy buenos restaurantes cerca. Lo recomiendo al 100. Por eso decidí quedarme en este hotel 3 semanas.
