Bizzare Hotel

The check-in is onLy 4 hours, you miss it and the whole stay can be cancelled, not very friendly to the customers, hot water wasn't working and I had to wait for reception to open.TV wasn't working. Weak wifi. The rooms are OK and spacious but not super clean.

No alquilen aqui se llevaran mala experiencia

No hay gente en recepción y tienes que esperar hasta que por telefono se dignen a resolverte estuve mas de una hora despues del chek in, y nada. y me encontre a varios huespedes en la misma situacion que nadie los atendia, descaradamente dicen que no hacen limpieza y lo que ofertan en la paguina nada es cierto.

Estuvimos esperando una hora a que nos abrieran , posterior nunca más hay nadie en la recepción. En la habitación solo funcionaba una lámpara porque la otra no alcanza la conexión, la señal de tv es abierta solamente y ni agarra bien la señal, el no había cobijas , solo la colcha y una sábana lo cual no fue suficiente ya que hacia frío, las almohadas … hacia mas bulto mi sudadera que las dichosas almohadas. La verdad es que para lo que se paga no vale la pena .

El edificio es muy viejo y las instalaciones también , no hay elevador y la habitación aunque me tocó una espaciosa la distribución estaba muy rara como si hubieran dividido un espacio grande para hacer la habitación. No hay recepción, solo portero y no hay un servicio como tal de atención a cliente. La ubicación es regular, aunque se encuentra cerca de tiendas y del paseo de la Reforma las calles alrededor están descuidadas y por la noche poco iluminadas.

Excelente ya que tiene todo cerca, desde zona rosa, la glorieta de insurgentes, el metrobus de Hamburgo, es muy tranquilo está en una zona tranquila

El peor lugar del mundo.

Realmente desagradable, nunca hay nadie en recepción, tuvimos que esperar 2 horas para que llegara alguien a entregar la habitación, estuvimos 1 semana y no nos hicieron el aseo, ademas una noche entraron policias a mi habitación si saber que buscaban, definitivamente la peor experiencia de mi vida en cuánto hospedaje

Nunca había gente de servicio, tuvimos que esperar más de una hora para que viniera ahoguen a recibirnos en el check inn, no un día hicieron aseo a nuestra habitación, ni surtieron jabones, shampoo etc, estuvimos 5 días y nada ni un día, el día del check out nos dijeron que teníamos que entregar a las 12 y que no habría nadie de gente que dejáramos la llave y que no podíamos dejar nuestras maletas en resguardo por que el hotel se quedaría solo y ellos no se podían hacer responsables

Todo excelente.

Ya van 2 veces que nos hospedamos ahí, es muy cómodo y cerca de todo, del metrobús a media cuadra y hay muchos lugares para visitar. Es muy buena opción por el precio. El chico que nos atendió muy buena onda.

El hotel está cómodo, bien ubicado y limpio. Los problemas que tuvimos fue qué no había agua caliente y que en la recepción no había nadie. Tuvimos que dejar la tarjeta en el mostrador al momento de hacer check out

The webpage states I have 24 hours to cancel. I tried canceling my booking within the 24 hours and I wasn’t able too. I went on mansión havres webpage also, the terms and conditions said I could cancel until August 6. It made no sense when I booked the hotel on the 8th of August. The terms and conditions weren’t properly made for mansion havre.

Very basic hotel. Staff was very helpful but had limited English language skills. If you want a basic hotel and speak some Spainish language skill it a good place. Close to Metro bus line and Metro underground lines. Just off Reforma and lots of interesting spots to visit on both sides of Reforma.

cuando llegamos nps dijeron que la habitacion estaba resrrvada pero mo pagada, le informe que se habia pagado y en ese momento no podia ingresar a mi correo para mostrarle , tuve que abonarlo ante la duda, mas tarde ingrese y.ñe.mpstre el pago total, volvieron a fijarse , y comprobaron que si estaba pago? al otro dia me reintegraron el dinero que habia pagado, actuaron rapido para reintegralo bien!!!! el desayuno horrible cafe intomable , no tendria que ofrecer el desayuno incluido, por lo demas bien y super bien ubicado

The staff were friendly and the room immaculate. I stayed a total of two nights and would probably stay again. My only complaint was the bed. The mattress was incredibly firm, so much so that I found it difficult to sleep. I appreciated the free bottled water as well as the courteous staff. Also, the hotel was perfectly situated in an area of restaurants and taco carts. Again, my only complaint was the hard mattress.
