The description states that there is air conditioner. The air conditioner is only in the lobby the department has no air conditioner. Luckily the weather was nice and opening the windows helped. If weather is hot I would not recommend staying at the Paradox tower. Another issue was regulating the water temp in the shower, it was super hot or super cold and when we found the right temp it would change during the shower and you would need to adjust the valve again. The tower is located in a super safe area of Mexico City next to a beautiful park and lots of restaurants, grocery stores and shopping near by. Location is far from museums, Zocalo, etc Uber is very affordable bu takes at least 1 hr to go anywhere.

Tuve un percance en la propiedad, tienen un elevador especial para el acceso a un supermercado, yo y mi compañero nos quedamos encerrados, porque no existía señalización del horario de servicio del elevador ni que se esté se bloquea de subida, más no de bajada. Nos quedamos más de dos hora encerrados sin que nadie, ni cámaras se dieran cuenta de esto, este es un tema de seguridad muy importante, porque si no fuera por el velador del comercio nadie se hubiera percatado. Pésimo servicio
