"Hôtel was clean and close to airport. The shuttle was convenient. They did not have laundry available as stated and we did not get the bed situation requested. But only stayed one night before flight out so just made the best of it. "

"We stayed here for one night before flying back home from Geneva. The staff were super friendly to our children which was lovely. There is also a free shuttle to the airport and you can obtain free travel passes from reception to travel into Geneva centre from the hotel using the tram (a 10 minute walk nearby). We had a lovely last night to our holiday (even squeezed in a swim in Lake Geneva) and would stay again. Only downside was the room was quite warm as the aircon isn’t very strong. "

"This was an emergency stay and it was up to my expectations. Pet friendly was my main criteria :) Room was nice and clean! Staff is friendly. Will stay here again if needed. Room prices at the reception are cheaper than Expedia, though. "
