"Stayed at X Alp Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The front desk staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The rooms were clean, convenient, and packed with amenities. The jacuzzi was a highlight, especially on chilly days, with amazing views to enjoy while soaking. Breakfast was delicious with attentive staff. The hotel is just a short walk from a beautiful stream, perfect for a relaxing stroll. The lounge with a small fireplace was a cozy spot to have a drink at night or even work during the day. Only downside was the in-house restaurant for dinner, which was just OK, but overall, a great stay!"

"We stayed one night after hiking alta via. The rooms were clean but small. Might be an issue if staying longer. Overall great value and good facilities. Unfortunately, pool was unavailble as was being cleaned. Jacuzzi was full of dead bugs and leaves. Sauna and indoor pool was 20€ extra. Unfriendly and unhelpful receptionist, didn't tell us about the facilities or breakfast. We asked to have lunch in the hotel restaurant when waiting for our rooms to be ready. She told us that it was too late as restaurant was closing in an hour and that we should have booked ahead. She told us to go to town which was 20 min away and we were tired from hiking for days. Fortunately, we went to the restaurant anyway, which was empty, and the friendly waiter seated us straightway with a smile. We also had a very nice dinner there. Good food at good price. Other staff were friendly and attentive. "
