Beautiful centrally located Duplex. Short 10 minute drive to Wynwood, 5 minute drive to MIA airport and 10 minute drive to south beach. Guest can use 2 of the 4 parking spots available for parking.

Recently renovated Duplex. Brand new from top to bottom.Free Fast WiFi and Netflix. There is 2 free parking spaces for guest.Also there is access to the patio area.This is the perfect location for guest due to the close proximity to Wynwood,MIA airport and South beach. Also there is quick access to Uber,lyft etc. Need some food late night? There is also Uber eats,postmates and other food courier services that deliver within minutes.

This was a very clean place that was close to the airport and cruise port. The price was unbeatable. Julia was a great communicator and even provided us with a late check out since our port arrival time was a little later.

We were cruising out, planes fly over about every 15 minutes , which we thought was cool, unless your a light sleeper they shouldn’t bother you at night. Very nice place if ever in Miami again will rent here again

The area is sketchy but don’t let it put you off. The place is very clean and well maintained. There are security cameras and a gate. The large screened in area was a hit with the guys in our group. It was perfect for the night before a cruise and we will rent it again

Cute house. The property was clean and about a half mile from take out food and shopping. Everything was smooth. We were early and home was not ready yet but host let two of our party in to use the bathroom. Great value for the money.
