Booked this hotel for my birthday it was my first time visiting Miami. The room did not reflect the pictures I booked upon, housekeeping never came, breakfast was not complimentary even tho it was listed as such, and this location was far from the beach strip. My friend and I know how to make positives out of negatives but just not at this hotel.
