What a great hotel find! I was here on business for 4 days. You are situated on the main transit line for buses and the green and orange train line. A 15 - 20 min walk will get you downtown for dinning options. Supermarket very close. Great walking location, you can walk the waterfront in an hours round-trip. Continental breakfast. Recommend!

The area around the property is very safe we were regularly approached by locals giving us suggestions of places to go and things to do. The staff also gave us amazing suggestions. Though the area didn’t seem as nice as south beach it felt a lot safer there were a few homeless people in bus shelters but that is typical of most major cities so was expected

While walking, a police officer told us to return to motel and do not go outside bc the area was unsafe. My wife would not leave the building after police encounter.

Though the lobby was pleasant, the place was overbooked and placed me at an inferior hotel room several miles away. Not comparable to the subject hotel. Did not meet expectations. Expedia would not reimburse the inconvenience and displacement I experienced.

We were locked out of our room 3 times due to key not working correctly,then one key lock getting changed but didn’t provide correct code to get into room,no coffee maker,tv didn’t work,mini refrigerator didn’t work,microwave didn’t work,no trash can,said there were robes no robes,lights flicked,door locked without me even locking it,no locks on windows worse experience ever

Historic vibes in a cute boutique style motel, located at the edge of Downtown Miami in Overtown, which is away from the hustle and bustle yet conveniently situated between Wynwood and Brickell. Comfortable bed, clean room, cold a/c, free parking. Super friendly staff! I will be staying here again.
