The apartment was excellent. Really nice and spacious. Gym and pool are excellent. The main issue was the outside noise. It would appear all windows are single glazed with the road noise making it difficult to sleep. Also the living room didn’t have a blackout blind, and with a street light right outside the room was very light which again made sleeping very difficult.

May not be the best area for a tourist, although it is across the street from the Miami Design District for impeccable shopping and walkability (not really around the building). The building is clean, modern, and safe. The unit is beautiful and spacious with modern fixtures. Really great value, I will absolutely be back!

We had a great stay here! The apartment was very clean and easy to check in. The property management company was very responsive and helpful. Great view of the water from the balcony and only 15-20 minutes to get to the Boardwalk at Miami Beach. The location isn’t the best for walking (not much around to do) but we easily got around with Ubers! You won’t find a 2 bedroom apartment in Miami Beach for this price so it was well worth it!
