Love this hotel, great amenities, good location … coffee bar options could be better. Also morning trying to order a take away hot drink took ages than most places. Lady behind the bar didn’t know how to make a mocha. Other than that, great place to stay.

1. construction all over the hotel our Uber driver had to drop off at the corner of the hotel. 2. On the rooftop, there was a crane above my head so you really can enjoy the rooftop pool. 3. We found hair in the shower so to me the shower was not clean properly before arrival. 4. Issue with the television I called for maintenance to come and fix it. No one showed up until the next morning after I complained about no one showing up. 5. you pay for parking but you park your own vehicle and it put taxes on the parking which was $37 so it was in valet parking. 6. The next night I asked for a comforter or a blanket. I was told that someone bring it to me. No one never showed up. 7. Beds we’re awful I chose this hotel based off of a TikTok review. The only thing I can say is about the lobby of the hotel. The inside of the lobby was beautiful and that’s what all I can say about this hotel. I also thought I purchase a Bayside view and they’re nowhere near the Bayside. I mean you have to be on the 17th floor maybe see some water but All in all I wouldn’t do it again. I would not recommend this hotel. I will be making my own Tik tic review soon.

The location is great and overall this is a decent hotel. Just disappointed with the unwillingness of the front desk to help with restocking coffee and towels in a timely fashion - took us several calls to get this done!
