LOCATION: Just a block away from the beach, 250 Collins by Roami is where you want to be for your time in South Beach. When you're done at the beach explore the many other parks, museums, bars, and restaurants that are all within walking distance.

The Space:
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). The dining area has seating for 4, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer,1 pack-n-play crib, 1 high chair, 10 beach towels, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TV.

Good Location but has issues
Advantages: Good location, close to stores and beach Disadvantages: no on-site parking means finding and paying for street parking. No elevator even though one communicated during check-in process. Apartment needs maintenance and deep cleaning: kitchen faucet not installed properly, curtains in main bedroom and loving room dirty. Main bedrooms bathroom not very clean. Pool area not as large as shown in pictures, pool was dirty and outside area needs maintenance and cleaning

Seemed expensive for what was included
Seemed overpriced. The floor is painted concrete and the floor was filthy. There were spiders and ants. Other than that it was clean. Was difficult to figure out how to operate smart stove. Hot water heater breaker needed reset and waited for hours for maintenance so eventually figured it out on our own. The kitchen was nice and stocked with everything described. The grocery market across the street was affordable. The pool was ok but not a very nice view. Tiny.
