Property was great and HUGE thank you to Sabrina!! Amazing I had booked a king studio and somehow that did not happen via Expedia and on NYE no less Sabrina made magic very calmly and wonderfully once I explained etc. And made sure we were accommodated, totally made the difference, just brilliant cannot thank her enough for saving NYE so we could then go out and have our celebrations and have a wonderful place to sleep and start the year right! So appreciated. The hotel itself is a great walkable location for Ocean drive, Collins etc. I love Miami and the mix up/error could have really ruined the trip Sabrina made sure that did not happen, happy new year and thanks again!!

Great place to stay, great ambience by the pool area, still doing quite a bit of refurbishing, but when it's done, it's gonna be real swanky.. My only small beef is the 4 pm check in...I mean 2or3, but 4 pm? that's almost dinner time. Other than that just be aware that now in Miami Beach a simple breakfast is gonna set you back $20 or more..with a family, you'll be shucking out $100's all day long. But loved the Sonder, quality people and a cool hotel.

Sonder is a good hotel for the location and price given South Beach is relatively expensive. Pool was good, bar is nice and lots of places to just sit around that are not around pool. The hotel is getting dated, it would be a good start if they replaced the carpet that goes up the stairs. Elevator was not working in the main building which is not a big deal if you’re not dependent on accessibility. Best part of Sonder was location. I will mention there was also plenty of security.

I was pleasantly surprised by the location of the property. Lots of restaurants, shopping and overall great place to stay particularly if you're cruising. Short drive to the Port of Miami as well as downtown Miami.
