I stayed in a penthouse suite and I hate to admit but if it wasn’t for the balcony views, it may as well have been a newly renovated Motel 6 room on the 5th floor.

Staff was nice and helpful. The facility is dated. It has no storage in the rooms. The ac doesn’t go any lower than 75 degrees, the fan speed doesn’t change. The overall esthetic's of the place is not maintained. Place is dated !! The picture show a patio area, but non was available at the time of our stay.

There was no A/C for the first night and day after. I had to complain at the front desk, and ask for a fan. It came back later in the night. Also, you could not get onto front desk by dialing 0. You had to call the hotel number to get service from the hotel staff.

Property was close to the beach, but that's about the only thing good about it. I got a penthouse suite, but the elevator didn't even go to the 5th floor. Had to drag 3 suitcases up 2 flights of stairs. Room was dated, both decks on the outside felt like they were about to collapse! Construction was going on the outside early mornings. No seperation, other than a curtain, to seperate the bathroom from the room. No shelves in the shower to put your soaps....I could go on forever. Pick another place!!!

Air conditioning did not work but said it was being worked on, they said it was working, nope room stayed over 80 degrees all night. Phones did not work to call front desk or another room. And best of all ADA accessable my ass was told ramp around the corner, no problem, but the 3 workers sitting on the steps would not help (it was a lift type ramp) told us to go to the front desk to ask, how is that to work? Leave my 77 yr old mom on the street to walk up the stairs to get help. She decided she would walk the stairs with her cane, 3 workers sat behind the desk watching and talking crap with a sign covering her face so we couldnt hear. Asked to speak to a manager was told would be there at 8 am lol not. The hotel it self was clean and nice but staff and over all not a very good experience.

Pictures and description not as described or shown. We also booked on Expedia, guaranteed a price, and when we arrived they charged us 90$ more refusing to honor our booking price. They will also pull an additional 200$ from your account as a security deposit. Almost 300$ we were not expecting or anywhere was this written about. No dresser or drawers for clothes in rooms. Rooms are very, very small. Overall very dissatisfied in this visit. Will be following up with Expedia also. Dishonest business.
