George assisted us upon entry and he was the best. He was very helpful. The shuttle service was really good too. We enjoyed our stay and because of the service we received and most all George assistance, we will return. One other night shift worker was also wonderful. Samantha is a real hard worker as well. Front desk staff are hands down the best of the best! They set the tone for the start of your vacation! Jorge, Jose and Valentina are the most amazing beautiful helpful people I’ve ever met! They go above and beyond to make sure all guests are comfortable happy and satisfied! I stayed in Miami for surgery and these guys made sure I was taken care of! Jorge, Jose and Valentina are dedicated employees who are work hard to meet the guests needs. They are definitely a positive asset to Marriott team! They all need to promoted to leadership positions! I like everything except "free shuttle " from airport to hotel. l called to request shuttle after arriving and was told that it will make pickup according to the schedule at 7:00 pm. in specific place. So I had 25 min to wait but at 7 pm and even at 7:15 shuttle did not come. I called again to hotel was told that it was their (which is lie) and next shuttle will be at 8 pm or better to take taxi or uber. I didn't want to waist time and took uber, I was not sure that shuttle would come at 8 pm. I don't understand why hotel website or expedia doesn't provide clear information and schedule. Very outrageous!!!

Heat didn't work. Room temp 62. Heater made a horrible noise. Got to room 9:30 pm with a 5 am wakeup. Called maintenance at 11:30 pm after room getting colder. His solution was to shut off heat with a smart comment 'all fixed' no sleep. Froze all night
