(1) This building strictly enforces a no crime policy. Flex Hospitality Management @ Momen South Beach fully cooperates with the City of Miami Beach Police and law enforcement. Any sort of violation criminal activity will result in immediate termination of stay and will be handed over to the police.

(2) No more than 8 people in the property at any given time.

(3) No loud noises on the property between the hours of 9pm-8am.

(4) All guests must enter and exit the property through the front Collins Avenue entrance. Entrance and exit through the back alley is strictly prohibited.

(5) Booking guest must be 21 years of age or older.

(6) No weapons are allowed on property.

(7) No smoking of any sort is allowed inside the unit.

(8) Any violation of the house rules will result in termination of stay and forfeit of the deposit.

(9) "Momen" South Beach team is providing a starter package of paper towels, Toilet paper and basic essentials - Please feel free to purchase your own once these are out.

Great location, great for girls trips!
This property is literally just one giant open room (bathrooms included) so if you’re not comfortable with the people you’re traveling with, I don’t suggest this place!! Great for our bachelorette trip. The place seemed clean on the surface, but was a little dirty up close. Crumbs on the floor, streaks on the bathroom appliances, questionable dust in the bathtub, but at least the beds were clean!

Amazing place!
As long as you know that this is a loft style place and to not expect lots of privacy, it’s an amazing location and a great open space to stay. For a group of friends, this was a great way to enjoy some time out and about in Miami but also to rest and watch a movie. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, nice property. I didn’t see the actual address for the property so it’s a touch hard to find the first time and the 8 on the street security door is ‘iffy’ but everything else was perfect. It’s a loft with lots of space but not a lot of privacy. That didn’t bother my daughter and me but I can see it being a issue for four couples. Overall would rent there again
