"The room was very dusty, and there were stains on the bedding. The bathtub was also leaking, so after showering there was a lot of water all over the bathroom floor. We were supposed to stay at the Bay Tower, but all the instructions sent us to the Marina Tower instead. We spent about 20 minutes trying to find parking there, only to be told we actually needed to go to the Bay Tower. It was our first time staying here, so we had no idea there were two different buildings. But the good thing is the receptionist gave us free parking for the trouble. "
