Studio located on the 5th floor with sleeping area (with double bed).  Furthermore, there is a cosy living room (sofa bed for 2 persons), floor-to-ceiling windows opening out onto the spacious sun-facing terrace with beautiful open views over the polder landscape, fitted open kitchen, renovated bathroom with shower and toilet. The building is on the Zeedijk but the studio is at the back.  Wifi: yes - parking: not included - sheets: bring your own - towels: bring your own.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other. It might occur that only paid parking possibilities are available in the holiday home's surroundings It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
