Schönes kleines Häuschen. Alles sauber, alles was notwendig ist, war ausreichend vorhanden. Super kurzer Weg zum Strand und zur Tram. Nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Gerne kommen wir nochmal wieder. Leider würde unsere Tochter am letzten Tag krank und wir mussten einen Tag früher abreisen.

sehr schöner Urlaub !
Wir, drei Erwachsene, waren schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem sehr gut ausgestatteten Haus. Der Urlaub war sehr erholsam, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist nach wie vor TOP und ruhig. Der Strand fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Die Straßenbahn ist auch nicht weit entfernt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Bezaubernd!
Ein wunderschönes, liebevoll eingerichtetes und sauberes Haus. Sehr nahe am Strand. Alles nötige vorhanden. Unkomplizierte Übergabe bei An- und Abreise. Einzig die Matratzen in den Einzelbetten scheinen schon etwas durchgelegen zu sein. Und die Dunstabzugshaube in der Küche war nicht wirklich sauber. Ansonsten haben wir (2 Erwachsene, 1 Teenie und 3 Kinder) uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Hele fijne week gehad. Huisje heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Goede bedden. Alleen het 2persoonsbed boven kraakt heel erg. Strand is dichtbij. Lopend heel goed te doen.

Bei der Ankunft wurden Sprachbarrieren (wir hatten es uns schlimmer vorgestellt!) schnell überwunden. Vermieter waren sehr freundlich. Das Haus ist komplett eingerichtet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Selbst das Wetter hat mitgespielt. Super Gegend, super Unterkunft, gerne wieder!!!

Vorsicht vor versteckten Kosten
Die Lage mit Nähe zum Strand ist o.k., wenn auch sonst wenig los ist in dieser Gegend. Leider erfährt man erst nach der Buchung, dass Handtücher und Bettwäsche extra kosten. Vor Ort muss man dann noch 40 Euro für den Strom bezahlen (pro Woche) und soll dann die Wohnung selbst putzen bei Abreise. Das führt dazu, dass kaum jemand ordentlich putzt und es nicht sonderlich sauber ist. Die Vermieter kümmern sich auch wenig. Es ist überflüssig, wenn zwar Öl zum Braten gestellt wird, dies aber seit 2017 abgelaufen ist... Daran erkennt man, wie sehr man sich dort vor Ort kümmert um das Objekt. Dreist ist, dass das Nachbarhaus eine Kamera hat, die jede Bewegung verfolgt, sobald man in den Garten geht. Schon Mal was von Datenschutz gehört???

Kleines, nettes Ferienhaus mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Nah am Strand und nicht writ zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und doch schön ruhig gelegen. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Direkt bei der Ankunft Stress mit dem vermieter. Bettwäsche, handtücher waren nicht vorhanden. Mussten 20 Euro bezahlen, für Strom 40 Euro, und sollten für endreinigung 70 euro bezahlen. War alles nicht in der Anzeige angegeben. Schimmel in den Ecken, Wohnzimmer Rollo defekt. Über all Staub. Wir möchten das Geld von 60 Euro zurück haben.

Wir kommen wieder
Wir sind mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Teenis angereist. Sehr schönes kleines und gemütlich eingerichtetes Ferienhaus . Etwas hellhörig, was aber durch die super Lage absolut erträglich ist. Das Haus ist vorbildlich eingerichtet und es mangelt an nichts , sowohl die Küche als auch das Badezimmer und der Garten lassen keine Wünsche offen. Einziger Kritikpunkt sind die Kopfkissen die waren sehr hart, beim nächsten Besuch bringen wir da eigene mit :) Die Lage ist sehr schön in weniger als 5 min erreicht man Fußläufig einen Wunderschönen Sandstrand mit angrenzender Strandpromenade. Die Straßenbahn ist ebenfalls keine 5 Min entfernt , mit dieser ist man super vernetzt um Spielplätze zu Besuchen oder ins Zentrum zu fahren sogar nach Ostende konnte man für 7,50€ pP eine Tageskarte buchen . An Tagen an denen wir mal nichts unternehmen wollten, haben wir uns in dem gemütlichen Garten niedergelassen und die Zeit genossen. Die Vermieter dieser tollen Immobilie sind super sympatisch ,stehts zu erreichen und alles lief absolut unkompliziert. Fazit : WIR KOMMEN WIEDER

Habitation située au calme et à proximité des dunes et du la mer. Très très bien équipée. Literie très confortable. Terrasse et jardin ensoleillé avec mobilier de jardin propice à la détente. Destination à recommander sans hésitation !

Toller Ausgangspunkt
Toller Ausgangspunkt um die Küste Belgiens kennenzulernen. Die Nähe zur Küstentram mit den wirklich niedrigen Preisen für öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, veranlasste uns das Auto einfach stehen zu lassen. Es gibt tolle Wander- und Fahrradtouren. Empfehlung: Nach Brügge und Gent (tolle Städte) mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.

Heel fijn verblijf
We hebben de dagen dat we er waren een heel fijne tijd gehad! Het strand en zee op loopafstand, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig in het huisje. Bedden slapen heerlijk. We hopen zeker nog een keer terug te komen hier.
