"The customer service here is top notch. Check-in staff was friendly and accommodating. They upgraded our room with a balcony facing the water. They even made sure to pack my partner and I two grab & go meals to take with us on the plane as we were checking out early before breakfast. They also coordinated a taxi for us to the airport. The only cons of this hotel that really stuck out to me is that I like to sleep in a really cold room and the thermostat didn't seem to work so it was a little...

"Overall the hotel was good, although personally I would not stay here again. My personal points. Pros 1) staff very friendly and helpful. 2) maids were excellent, room was also spotless. 3) general hotel was clean and well presented. 4) close to a small beach, although the beach was often crowded and the sea was quite shallow, if you like swimming it was possible to wade out 150m to the deaper water. 5) walkable distance to the old town, approx 15-20 min walk depending on your pace. 6) shops...

"The staff were always smiling. The wellness centre is fantastic although i would prefer an On Demand button for the Jacuzzi rather than wait 25 mins. Breakfast was so good, i dont normally eat it but went down every morning. Room waa fantastic and the view of sunrise and sunset is better than the Maldives (i should know after a year there). Only thing i didnt enjoy was the 3am call from the neighbours loud "jiggy jiggy" ;@) but this only happened once. I will be back, no doubt about that."

"I would stay again at this place in a heartbeat as a matter of fact I did. Inside the rooms somethings are a little bit worn but that’s ok s it has the best hotel shower I have ever had. When you arrive at the front of the Hotel go to the door on the left side street, go to the Elevator and press 3, that is the floor the hotel and reception is on. "

"Absolutely beautiful hotel right on the harbor in Supetar. Gorgeous views of the Adriatic and the mountains across the water. Everything is very well thought out and so well appointed. The guest rooms are so nicely decorated. The staff is very kind and helpful. The restaurant has a very varied menu and a very nice outdoor seating area. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough "

"Modernised hotel with lift within the palace, close to the main square. We, like some other guests, had difficulty finding it. Excellent buffet breakfast. We liked the lifesized horse lamp in the entrance hall!"

"Lovely hotel, had a really nice time. When I arrived I was given a twin room when I’d booked a double as the staff assumed I’d want to be next door to my family. I explained to them I would’ve appreciated them asking me before changing my room type because I didn’t want a twin room for a single person. Beautiful room regardless and enjoyed our time there."

"Hotel is great and there’s no better location to stay in HVAR. The staff was very friendly. Just in case you want to go in off season, don’t do it, all HVAR is closed! Only one restaurant was open and was their last day until May! "
