My only complaint is that it is pricey for rooms that, while they have amazing ocean and city views, are relatively small with few good appointments and low-end refurbishments."

"This hotel is fine but they don’t do the little things that could make it a much better experience. The buffet breakfast and Shabbat dinners are ver good but only half the foods and salads had descriptions of what it was. It was 90* in Jerusalem -why not have water available to guests in lobby? The first Shabbat we we were there the room was great. Next Shabbat when we returned - same room price- room was small and the tv and some lights were out. It’s just too inconsistent in quality to be a top hotel"
