My second time staying at this wonderful location for the Upperville Horse Show! Such a comfortable and welcoming stay, with all the attention to details - fresh flowers; wine and fresh baked goodies; and apples for my horse. Can't wait to return next year.

Lovely spot in Middleburg, VA
We had a wonderful weekend at this guest house. From the wine and snacks, the beautifully appointed rooms, and the quick and easy access to Middleburg, it couldn't have been better! Our hosts were communicative and responsive and we hope to stay there again in the future!

Great stay
Perfect location to everything middleburg has to offer. The bathroom/shower was spa like and had nicer towels then any 5 star hotel I’ve ever stayed. The kitchen was incredible and I wish I would of had the need to use it while there. Overall a fantastic stay and wonderful hosts. I would definitely recommend and hope to come back one day.

Stunning Cottage with all the amenities
We can't say enough about this beautiful guest house. The property is absolutely gorgeous with views of rolling hills. Inside, the most amazing kitchen, with little goodies left by the owners. Comfortable bed, steam shower, fireplace, piano and just the most peaceful setting. We will absolutely be back, and have already recommended to friends!

Wish I'd had a week and not just a day to enjoy this beautifully appointed house with luxury amenities (Frontgate towels! Lavender pillow spray!) and thoughtful treats. Like staying in the home of a beloved relative. Highly recommend.

Wonderful guest house
We loved it! This was the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed on any home rental app. The place is homey and we felt instantly comfortable. A beautiful guest house to enjoy Middleburg and Wine
We had a wonderful experience staying at Lynn’s guest house. She was very responsive and helpful! The house was setup wonderfully with some welcome gifts, it felt like a resort experience! The property was beautiful, the house was well decorated and clean, and the bathroom/shower was incredible! I would recommend anyone booking a trip to the area to consider this property.

NICE!
A rare find, and I’d say, a coveted one for any occasion. It is, as offered (VBRO). It’s located among nearby wineries, breweries, and a few restaurants, each with menu’s to satisfy most tastes. Should one desire to “veg-out” the kitchen is fantastic and the view, much better. Your hosts are on site, congenial, and aim to make your stay enjoyable. We did!

Nothing else to say! This beautiful home was a perfect location while showing at the Upperville Horse Show. Amenities and extra goodies (wine, croissants and apples for the horse) were so generous. Looking forward to a stay next year.

Lovely property in beautiful Mburg area!
We stayed at Lynn’s beautiful, spacious and homey property over New Year’s. As others have said, Lynn is just a fabulous and generous Host and her communication is just great! We were welcomed by a wonderful array of treats to celebrate the New Year- local champagne, Red Truck Bakery breakfast delights, snacks, and dog treats for our Jack Russell who she welcomed by also supplying a cozy bed and dog toys! The neighborhood is just lovely and great for walks and relaxation. There was a generous supply of logs for the fireplace which we thoroughly enjoyed! Just a perfect three days- we also found our way just 5 minutes toward Upperville to Slater Run Winery which was lovely - loved several of their whites and reds and became members of their wine club !Thank you, Lynn , for a fabulous stay and we will be back often as we come to Middleburg frequently to meet my “retired equestrian” horse needs!!

We stayed here for one night for my husband’s birthday and had a great time. It is very close to the downtown area and to wineries/breweries. Lynn was very responsive and helpful, and the little extra touches were thoughtful. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful place and property. We loved this place so much! It’s exactly as pictured. The host is wonderful, she provided a local bottle of wine, had some snacks, eggs in the fridge so we could make breakfast. Loved the steam shower! Perfect location to the downtown and wineries.

Lynn was an awesome host. She was super easy to communicate with and gave recommendations for restaurants and a voucher for a near-by vineyard. As long as you're okay with being near the main house, there is not a single drawback to this great house and host.

First class guest house in beautiful setting!
We enjoyed our 12th wedding anniversary in a fantastic guest house in Middleburg horse country. The hosts could not have been more thoughtful or generous...a bottle of Va champagne, croissants and local eggs for breakfast. The kitchen is absolutely gourmet! The views are stunning as is the house itself. Private, on beautiful country lane just a very short distance from the town of Middleburg. We had an unforgettable dinner at the Red Fox Inn. Wandering the local country roads was just great for me checking out all the houses, barns and land of legendary foxhunting!

Fantastic stay in Middleburg
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The guest house is wonderfully appointed with great amenities and is conveniently located just outside downtown Middleburg. It looks exactly as pictured on Vrbo. Furthermore, the property on which the guest house is located is gorgeous and the hosts are quick to respond to any questions and are extremely helpful an gracious. We look forward to returning in the future!

Beautiful home close to Middleburg
The home was better than the listing. Very spacious and no deceptive photographs. It is just as beautiful as the listing. We had a great experience and would love to go back. The home was so peaceful and a simple 4 min drive to town. The hosts were wonderful and so welcoming for the short moment we saw them. I highly recommend this for a romantic getaway.
