No wash cloths, bedding and towels were past their useful life, blinds were filthy, no kitchen items although there is a sink and cupboards, leaking kitchen sink. No instructions for using heat or the shower. Instructions for accessing the property and unit were convoluted and difficult. I was stranded outside in the dark and cold when the codes provided didn’t work to get in. The owner is a nice person and I’d like him to succeed but this property is not suitable for travellers coming from outside the UK.

The property was clean and tidy, the owner was very pleasant, very approachable and eager to help, I'd have given 5 stars throughout, but there was no shampoo for the shower, and no notice that we'd need to bring our own, Or none that I'm aware of, although given that I'm not particularly tech savvy, I could have missed it. Very happy overall.
