"This is our 8th stay here. It's a lovely lodge in a peaceful, rural setting with a few other lodges surrounding it. It is really well equipped, comfortable an excellent find. We originally came for the steam railway that's nearby but our son lives close by so it's convenient for visiting. Jan and Paul are great hosts, nothing to much trouble and it's always spotless."

"Amazing location, masses of space to roam and for kids to be free range in privacy and safety. Shops and a great cafe over a couple of fields (walking distance). Lodge itself lovely, hot water, small but effective kitchen, comfy beds, wood burner, BBQ. Fantastic decking to sit and watch the sun go down. It was in a quiet, remote situation, but still accessible to Church Stratton, although the road was narrow and windy, so you had to careful on your drive.
