Escape and relax with family and friends at this ideal property surrounded by mature landscaping. Only 15 minutes from all of the beaches and the hustle and bustle of the Newport shops and restaurants, this bright and sun filled home is here for your comfort and enjoyment. Keypad entrance, local guidebooks, high-speed internet & beach towels / chairs are included as well as an outdoor shower for when you return home after a day at the beach and shops. Take advantage of the butler's pantry to host family gatherings and celebrations, and relax with a drink on the deck within the spacious backyard.

This generous property is ideal for entertaining families or small groups with two refrigerators, outdoor seating / entertaining off of the dining room, and a full-sized recreation room in the basement. It’s all here to make this your home away from home - now it’s time to create some lasting memories!

In addition to the roomy, second floor primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom, there are three further bedrooms with a full bathroom. Overflow space is located in the finished basement / recreation room along with a full bath and laundry room.

Our property manager is local and is on-call if there are any immediate needs
Please be respectful of our neighbors. No excessive noise from 10:00pm - 9:00am in line with town ordinances.

The maximum number of people in the house will not exceed ten at any time and will coincide with the numbers provided when booking. Should the renter not follow the maximum number of guest limit, $250 will be charged per person per night for every guest.

I agree to not wear shoes in the house so to protect the soft pinewood floors.

Please note that the upstairs balcony is not available.

A Family Get-Together Home
Totally enjoyed this home for a family wedding stay. Perfect for 9 of us. Exactly as listed. Large beautiful kitchen and butler pantry with 2 refrigerators, lots of storage, appliances and gathering space for eat-in or just socializing. Basement game and TV room for kids to get away. Immaculate clean. Easy access to Newport but far enough away not to be caught in the traffic. Would love to come back here.

Perfect home for our wedding weekend!
We stayed in this beautiful home when my daughter was getting married in Newport. It was perfect for everyone, especially the bride. It is incredibly spacious, in a nice neighborhood and so clean and well equipped. Communication with Za was excellent and he even was kind enough to give us suggestions for rehearsal dinner. Traffic was a little crazy getting to Newport, but we expected that due to Newport Jazz Festival happening the same weekend. So grateful to be able to have this lovely home as our home base for our fabulous wedding weekend!

Eight adults in town for a summer wedding. The home is really nice, away from the down town chaos ... but a quick 15 min drive. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of room to spread out in the home, and great backyard for relaxing. Owner easy to communicate with. Completely as advertised. Would rent again!

Amazing girls weekend!
I was so impressed by this home! Stayed here with a group of ladies on a Newport Bachelorette party. Ubers were easy to get Downtown at night and was a quick drive to the really cute Newport shops and Newport vineyard! The house itself was absolutely beautiful and perfect for a group. The host was extremely accommodating to my requests and seemed truly invested in making sure we had a great trip. Highly highly recommend this home ! My best experience with VRBO/air B&b.
