"This is a generally excellent hotel. No more on that need be said. You won't be disappointed. Except that the breakfast tea is terrible. There is just one thing that we noticed on our last day. Breakfast is from 7am, our taxi was a 0730, a fairly typical departure time with either a flight or busy day scheduled. "The rooms are lovely in this little boutique hotel, it is located at the top of Gaul fort and easy to park and find. The staff are very good and helpful. They make good coffee. We didn’t eat here other than a dessert but the quality was good. The restaurant is small though and there are no other facilities but for a comfortable room you can’t go wrong "

"Levels was amazing! Its quaint atmosphere was so very inviting and the staff was truly so hospitable and AMAZING! The rooms were clean, spacious and the views were out of this world. We were provided exceptional service from Kumara, Rasika,Thilina, Sehan yasmka and chef sujith. They were friendly and kind, and the food prepared by chef Sujith was so so delicious — authentic Sri Lankan food to innovative new creations, he can do it all.
