"Very friendly staff and helpful manager. Sri Lankan breakfast was amazing. Room (deluxe) very large and provided extra bed for kids. Short 10 min walk to galle fort. Room very clean and great housekeeping. Pool towels provided. Some minor maintenance issues could do with addressing around pool (tile grouting). "

"We loved everything about this house and the marvelous staff. The house is set in a stunning garden with a spotless pool right on the beach at Gintota. "It is a nice peaceful resort. The staff especially in the resurant and pool side was so nice and friendly. The main drawback with this resort is it's not a good place during rainy season as it's on the bank of estuary. As the river water comes with force during rainy season the sea is muddy and cannot swim or play in the sea. The next thing is that the staff in the reception have no answer for anything you ask. If you ask what activities you have nearby they will tell you to Google. Tuk tuk is available if you walk to the main road, but they don't even help calling for one. So unless ypu have everything sorted it's better not to stay there as for all activities you have to go to either Mirissa or Weligama. If you are just coming to relax then it's a nice place. Food was not that great."

"We had such a pleasant stay at this property. It was so calm and serene. With a stunning view of the fort. There's a small safe area to swim in the ocean as the rest of the sea is quite dangerous. A nice warm pool that offers the same view and peaceful vibe. The dining option for us was a paid dinner that had authentic Sri Lankan food. It wasn't short of any flavour and they did not cut corners - this is coming from a Sri Lankan. The next time I come from Canada and need to visit Galle. I will stay here again without hesitation"
