"Really large house that accommodated our group in town for my Son’s wedding. Lower level appears to have been a former business as 3 of the rooms were offices. Only other issue was a lack of a shower/tub in the lower level."

"The cottage was very quaint and definitely cozy. Far enough off of the road to not be bothered by traffic. Not that there was a lot of traffic. It was very peaceful, and the cottage was very clean and well maintained. We will stay here again"

"Great place we would definitely stay again. Only complaint would be if you plan on using the air mattress it is located in a closet (office) which would be difficult to use for adults but great if you have children with you. There is plenty of space for the mattress in the living room. "

"Beautiful landscaped property with fully stocked kitchen and plenty of space for everyone to relax which was key for a large group aged 6-78!! Owners were extremely prompt and attentive to addressing any issues and answering any questions. Great location for Dayton and Cincinnati attractions. A heads up there is a sunken living room (2 steps down) and a sunken primary suite (2 steps down to the bed and 2 steps up to access the bathroom) which is key to know for any mobility issues. "Our family had a very nice stay. The walk down the hill to town was lovely, quiet safe neighborhood, cozy home. There were not a lot of outlets so that was a bit of a challenge at night for phone and watch charging. It was an old house but very clean. The one bedroom bed was pretty uncomfortable but the other 2 were lovely. All in all, great spot and would stay there again. "

"Nice owner and cabin, but a LOT smaller than I thought it was. One room, with a bathroom that has a sliding wooden thing (not a full door). Definitely a nice stay but was a little less outdoorsy than I expected. Should’ve done more research. Overall nice weekend and hot tub though- would recommend!"

"I don't eat much breakfast anyway, but the coffee was tasteless. There was not much out in the way of food for those who desired. The staff brought out 3 or 4 muffins at a time. The same with the yogurt. I guess too many people take extra. Such a shame. "

"The hotel was neat and clean. Staff was constantly making sure of this! The breakfast bar was one of the best I've seen, food was fresh and delicious. My only suggestion is that, in the handicap accessible room, there was no shelves for shampoo etc in the shower, and the floor was kind of slippery. Other than that, all was great. "

"Bed was very comfortable! It was very loud for about a half hour in the middle of the night as it sounded like people staying in the room above us was walking around in high-heels. I think it was so noisy because the rooms have laminate flooring instead of carpet. It woke everyone on our room up. Other than this, everything was great. "
