The staff is very friendly and helpful at this hotel! The rooms are very nice. They also have free drip coffee in the morning which is a super plus, and they give you free water bottles each day. I highly recommend this hotel. We stayed here at the beginning and end of our trip to Tokyo.

The huge private garden (like a private park) with 3 story pagoda is incredible and the pools, onsen, sauna and hot tubs are really nice. This was once a Four Seasons Hotel and still now remains one the best classic Ritz Carlton like hotels in Tokyo.
