Property was in a good location. Very convenient but they charged for wifi and a roll a way bed when I asked for a double bed room. Lines were long at the check in desk and the guest services representative were not always pleasurable. The rooms were small and had no amenities.

When we checked in, we were supposed to have a Fountain View room. There were none available that night. We were given a separate room for one night (and told we'd be able to switch next day). When we went to our room on the first night, it was clear it had not been cleaned/turned over. There was trash everywhere, the beds were not made, the bathroom had towels on the floor and there was a roll-away in the middle of the room. We called the front desk, who were friendly and apologized, and gave us a new room. They said our keys would automatically work, and we could just go to the new room. When we tried to go to the new room, our keys no longer worked in the elevator. So I had to walk back to the front desk where someone had to make new keys. The new room was clean. The next day, we were able to transfer to a new Fountain View room. The staff were friendly and understanding throughout this experience, and despite this rocky start, we did thoroughly enjoy our stay, and the Fountain View room. We spent many nights sitting in front of the window watching the fountain with the music on the television. So despite the check-in process, we would absolutely come back to The Bellagio.
