"This is not a 5 star hotel. Expidea advertised AC in the rooms. They tuned it off because the season is over. When the sun beats on the window its 85 degrees. Now way to cool the room. Advertise they no AC in the off season. Would not have stayed. The beach bar is closed. So is the restaurant. We ate at Romeo and Juliet the first night. No one was there. Empty and the server looked irritated we walked in. After ordering and being served a salad, he left. Went home. Told the bar tender his wife...

"This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. I do like it a lot, it is clean, friendly and food is great. There were a few niggles during the storm, room was cold and aircon did not work on heating settings, but they brought in an electric heater (which did not work), one day the water was not warm enough but as soon as I contacted the reception, it was addressed. Overall, I like they are proactive and apologetic, I will definitely book it again."

"The place is a two-room, fully equipped, luxurious apartment in what appears to be a new building. It is shining clean and well kept. It has a generous balcony to see the sea by looking to the left. It is located next to the bus to Constanta station and within a few minutes walks to Mamaia beach and walkway, plenty of restaurants, clubs and fun places. The host is very kind and helpful so the check-in was a breeze. All these at a price that was much lower than all similar places in the area....
